For instance, we have revamped our Lighthouse Bistro menu and added the “Asian Corner”. Our chef has incorporated new fusion and western dishes like the Kampong Fried Rice, Chef fusion Mee Goreng with Crayfish and our very own Beef Burger .

Lighthouse Bistro’s Pride
Through years of culinary experience, Lighthouse Bistro is proud to present our two Signature Dishes, the Herb Crust Lamb Shank and the Lighthouse Mee Goreng. The Herb Crust Lamb Shank is one of our chief’s specialties; a tender piece of lamb braised with herbs to a beautiful golden hue, accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal garnishing. The Lighthouse Mee Goreng is a special fusion dish of East meets West with seafood and crayfish. It was cleverly crafted by Lighthouse Bistro’s resident chef, definitely a subtle Sing-Italian dish. For those with a sweet tooth, we recommend the Grilled Banana with Vanilla Ice Cream, Apple Crumble with Ice Cream.
